The Fox & Hounds Hotel is a Marston’s pub and restaurant on Chapel Row in St Mellons, Cardiff. Its lounge, bar, garden and log fire create an adaptable setting for family meals, drinks with friends and quieter neighbourhood visits throughout the year.
An extensive food menu covers traditional pub classics, lighter bites, sharing plates and desserts. Daily specials introduce additional choice, while Sunday lunch provides a dedicated roast menu with the familiar trimmings expected of a local pub.
Breakfast service on Friday through Sunday broadens the offer beyond lunch and dinner. The combination of regular dishes and promotional menus makes the pub useful for both an uncomplicated meal and a larger gathering where diners want different styles of food.
Cask ales and a well-stocked bar accompany the food, and table ordering is available through the pub app. The garden, car park and accessible facilities add practical convenience, and dogs are welcome in the bar area. Guests with allergies should check current menu information with staff.
