Little Wing Ballyhackamore is a neighbourhood pizzeria at 201 Upper Newtownards Road in Belfast. Part of a Northern Irish group founded in 2009, it offers a casual and family-friendly setting centred on Naples-style pizza.
The dough uses Italian flour and is topped with a tomato sauce based on ripe Parma tomatoes and mozzarella. Pizzas are cooked in a traditional stone oven to produce a crisp base and a direct, uncomplicated flavour.
