Shazanz Kebab House is a family run restaurant at 170 Lozells Road in Birmingham. The business combines an informal dine in setting with takeaway, delivery and table booking, serving a broad menu shaped by South Asian flavours and familiar fast food formats.
Its signature Sherpur Naga donner is made by tossing thin strips of lamb or chicken donner with onions, coriander and a house mixture of herbs and spices. Naga wings and generous mixed grills continue the emphasis on bold seasoning, charred meat and dishes suited to sharing.
Sea bass, salmon and Sherpur fish and chips bring seafood into the selection, while Parmesan chicken, peri peri dishes and handmade smash burgers give groups alternatives to kebabs and curries. Vegetarian choices such as paneer also appear alongside the meat led dishes.
The restaurant opens each evening and is designed for casual family meals as well as food collected or delivered at home. Its mix of grilled fish, kebabs, curries and burgers gives Shazanz a wider range than a conventional kebab shop, while the signature donner keeps the menu tied to the venue’s own identity.
