Ciliegino Restaurant is an independent Italian restaurant at 90 Grand Arcade in Cardiff. Opened in 2017 as the group’s first British branch, it draws particularly on the food traditions of Sicily and southern Italy.
Pizza is the central attraction, made with dough prepared over 48 hours and cooked in a traditional oven partly built with lava from Mount Etna. The long preparation supports a light base designed to carry classic Italian toppings.
Pasta, salads, meatballs, calamari and other starters broaden the menu beyond pizza. Vegetarian and vegan choices allow mixed groups to assemble a meal from breads, small plates and individual mains.
