Jamaya Birmingham is an independent Jamaican restaurant at 126 Colmore Row in the city centre. Its colourful dining room, reggae soundtrack and lively service draw directly on Caribbean culture, creating an upbeat setting for lunch, dinner and group celebrations.
Jerk cooking is at the heart of the menu, using a secret marination process and a pimento wood grill to build smoky spice into the chicken. The restaurant’s seasoned Jamaican fried chicken provides a crisp alternative, while sides and sauces let diners shape a fuller island-inspired meal.
