Pattersons Liverpool is a bar and casual food venue at 28 Gradwell Street. Music, cocktails and an energetic atmosphere sit alongside a kitchen known for American influenced comfort food. The original city centre location works for a quick meal, a night out with friends or a larger booking where drinks and food need to share equal attention.
Fried chicken is the signature, brined for more than 24 hours in herbs and spices before being coated in the house flour mix and cooked until crisp. Guests can order chicken in different portion sizes with sides and sauces, while beef burgers, loaded fries, wings, nuggets and sharing platters provide alternatives. Halloumi and nachos add useful variety to the richer meat dishes.
Vegetarian versions of selected burgers and plates are available, but the menu is produced in a busy kitchen centred on fried chicken. Anyone with allergies or strict dietary requirements should check the current ingredient information and speak with staff before ordering. The flexible portion sizes make it possible to build either an individual meal or a table of snacks shared over drinks.
Pattersons ales, beer and a bespoke cocktail list reinforce the venue’s bar identity. Playful drinks and cereal inspired milk flavours fit the deliberately nostalgic, irreverent style of the room.
