The Newshouse is a traditional Castle Rock Brewery pub at 123 Canal Street, a short walk from Nottingham railway station. Its distinctive blue-tiled building contains two rooms divided by a central bar, creating separate spaces for games and quieter conversation.
The concise food menu focuses on uncomplicated pub favourites and substantial snacks. Chips and a traditional chip cob can be supplemented with cheese, gravy or curry sauce, while samosas, southern fried chicken strips and plant based dippers add further choices.
