Pot Kettle Black Angel Gardens is a coffee shop and brunch restaurant on the ground floor of the Angel Gardens development at 1 Rochdale Road. Opened in 2021, its split level room uses tall windows, plants, timber and terrazzo to create a bright modern setting.

All day brunch ranges from eggs Benedict and a full PKB breakfast to Turkish eggs and French toast. The Angel Gardens menu also has its own Dirty Benedict, combining beef brisket, smoked cheddar fritters and a sriracha hollandaise.

Coffee is prepared by Antipodean trained baristas, with espresso drinks and batch brew joined by several plant milk options. Croissants, seasonal Danish pastries, cakes and other bakes come from the business’s own Half Dozen Other bakehouse.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free choices run through the menu, including a complete vegan breakfast rather than only side dishes. Walk ins are welcome, bookings and private hire are available, and guests with allergies should discuss their needs when ordering.
