The BrewHaus is a pub, kitchen and beer garden at 182 Queen Margaret Drive in Glasgow. Formerly known as The Crosslands, the building is closely associated with a memorable scene in the film Trainspotting, giving a modern neighbourhood venue an unusual piece of cinema history.
The kitchen is built around sociable food, with wood fired pizzas, burgers and loaded fries among its main attractions. Pub classics such as fish and chips and macaroni cheese broaden the selection, while lunch offers and a children's menu make a casual daytime visit straightforward.
Food is served from noon and can cover brunch, lunch, dinner or dessert. Vegetarian and vegan choices are available, and generous dishes such as a topped burger or loaded fries work especially well with the venue's informal, group friendly style.
Craft beer, world lager, cocktails and wine support the bar side of the business. A large beer garden has picnic tables, heated private huts and table service, while live music, sport, pool and darts give guests reasons to stay after the meal is finished.
