Rubio is an independent cafe and evening restaurant at 43 Park Parade in Harlesden. Founded from a shared enthusiasm for food and music, it combines a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere with a soundtrack that remains part of the venue’s identity throughout the day.
The daytime deli-style kitchen focuses on fresh, flexible food, including bespoke salads, sandwiches, eggs, pastries and sweets. Coffee and juices make it equally suited to breakfast, lunch or an informal meeting over something lighter.
In the evening, the menu turns towards sourdough pizza and casual bites. Familiar toppings sit beside Rubio’s own combinations, while desserts and a full drinks list allow a quick pizza visit to become a longer night out.
