Bar Soba Byres Road is an Asian restaurant and cocktail bar at 116-122 Byres Road in Glasgow’s West End. The colourful venue serves lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the week, pairing an energetic atmosphere with food inspired by Southeast Asian street vendors.
Small plates are designed for sharing and lead into wok-cooked noodles, rice dishes and curries. Thai, Korean, Japanese and other regional influences appear across the selection, balancing chilli, citrus, aromatics, herbs and savoury sauces.
The menu offers meat, seafood and plant-based choices, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. A group can combine several smaller dishes before choosing a curry or wok plate, while delivery and takeaway provide alternatives to eating in.
