Roquefort E Pera
Cave-aged Roquefort + fior di latte base, sweet sliced pear, crushed walnuts and a warm honey drizzle. Roquefort La Pastourelle is a raw sheep’s milk blue cheese made by a traditional farmers’ cooperative in Southern France. The sharp, complex saltiness of the cave aged cheese balances with the sweetness of the sliced Conference pears and the toasted walnuts and warm honey add a delightful crunch.
