Fuzion Noodle Bar is a pan Asian restaurant at 264 Wilmslow Road in Fallowfield. The compact dining room serves food each evening, opening earlier at weekends, and accepts table bookings for larger groups. Its informal format and central position within the student neighbourhood suit a quick meal as well as a relaxed group dinner.
Noodles are the organising idea behind the menu, moving between wok fried dishes and warming soups. Pad Thai, Singapore style vermicelli, mee goreng and thick udon preparations draw on different parts of east and southeast Asia. Rice noodles and wheat noodles create useful variation in both texture and the way each sauce clings to the dish.
