BrewDog Birmingham is a craft beer bar and restaurant at 81 John Bright Street, moments from New Street station. The central venue combines a large tap selection with substantial food, live sport and spaces for parties. It is dog friendly and accessible, making it useful for lunches, after work drinks and longer group visits.
Stacked burgers, chicken wings and boldly seasoned bar food form the core of the menu. Sharing plates and sides suit groups sampling several beers, while regular offers such as wing nights give the kitchen a recurring focus. The cooking is designed for strong flavour and a relaxed pub setting rather than formal dining.
A dedicated vegan menu includes plant based alternatives to the main bar dishes. Gluten, dairy, nuts and other allergens are handled in shared kitchen areas, so guests should check the latest menu and discuss any allergy before ordering. The venue can also arrange private hire, celebrations and guided beer schools paired with a cheese board.
