Manahatta Birmingham is a New York inspired cocktail bar and restaurant at 10 Temple Street in the city centre. Glamorous interiors and an energetic party atmosphere shape the experience, making it as much a destination for celebrations and nights out as for a daytime meal.
The food takes broad inspiration from bold city flavours rather than one regional cuisine. Crispy sticky beef with noodles, a chicken and avocado interpretation of Caesar salad, and fried chicken with tequila, honey and lime show the playful, highly seasoned style of the main selection.
Smaller snacks include sticky chicken bites and roasted pepper and harissa houmous, while dedicated brunch and lunch choices make the venue useful earlier in the day. Several dishes can be adapted with vegetarian or vegan alternatives, and private dining menus support larger groups.
Cocktails and bottomless brunch are central to Manahatta’s social identity, with late opening on the busiest nights. Guests can reserve a food table or use unreserved outside seating when available. Anyone with allergies should consult the current allergen menu and tell the team before ordering.

Grilled cheese meets chicken parmigiana. Breaded chicken breast, marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese in toastie bread.
