FWOKX is a fast, casual Asian restaurant at 78 Union Street in central Glasgow. Its main idea is a build-your-own wok box, allowing each diner to choose ingredients while the kitchen cooks the dish fresh to order.
Customers select a protein such as chicken, beef, seafood or tofu, then combine it with vegetables and a savoury sauce. Rice and noodles provide the base, so the same ordering format can produce meals with quite different textures and flavour profiles.
