MyWok Brighton is a compact noodle bar at 12A Queens Road near Brighton station. The venue has a small six-seat dining area as well as collection and delivery, giving customers a place to eat in when they want a quick freshly cooked meal.
The menu combines Chinese, Japanese and Thai influences through noodles, rice and made-to-order stir-fries. Egg noodles, udon, rice noodles, vermicelli or jasmine rice can be paired with meat, seafood, tofu, vegetables and a choice of sauces.
Prepared combinations include chicken teriyaki noodles, prawn or chicken pad Thai, a spicy beef box and a vegan vegetable and tofu box. Broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, beansprouts, cabbage and carrots bring texture and colour to many dishes.
