The Big Bear Cafe is a small neighbourhood cafe at 314 Tessall Lane in Longbridge, Birmingham. Its straightforward local setting and friendly counter service make it a practical stop for breakfast, brunch or lunch rather than a formal dining occasion.
Cooked breakfasts are the core of the offering, bringing together familiar components such as eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, toast and hash browns. Different serving sizes and vegetarian choices allow customers to choose a meal that suits their appetite.
Filled sandwiches provide a quicker alternative, with combinations such as bacon and sausage prepared to order. Tea and other everyday cafe drinks round out the meal, while the broader lunch selection gives regulars options beyond a full breakfast.
The compact format suits solo diners, workers and local residents looking for freshly cooked food at an accessible pace. As menus and daily availability can change, guests with allergies or specific dietary needs should check ingredients and preparation with staff before ordering.
