The Bierkeller Liverpool is a Bavarian inspired beer hall, food venue and entertainment space at 6–8 Thomas Steers Way in Liverpool ONE. Long benches, large screens and an energetic social atmosphere make it especially suited to groups. Live sport and Oompah style entertainment give different sessions their own character.
The food is generous and deliberately informal, matching the pace of the beer hall. Stone baked pizzas, crispy chicken wings and loaded waffle fries sit beside a range of bratwurst that includes traditional sausage, currywurst and spicier variations. The dishes are easy to share or eat while watching a match.
Vegetarian and vegan versions of pizza, wurst and boneless wings give mixed groups useful alternatives. Event bookings can add buffets, set menus or build your own bratwurst stations. Inside the wider venue, the main Bierkeller is joined by the Lodge and the sports focused Shooters, while an outdoor beer garden provides another option in suitable weather.
German and international beers are served in formats that range from individual steins to table towers, buckets and group keg packages. Cocktails, wine, cider and Prosecco broaden the bar, with low and no alcohol alternatives also available. The Bierkeller Liverpool works best as a complete social experience in which food, drink, sport and entertainment share the stage.
