The Falcon Clapham Junction is a grand Victorian pub beside the railway station at the meeting of St John’s Hill and Falcon Road. Its listed interior preserves carved wood, etched glass, stained windows and a famously long bar, giving the spacious rooms a strong sense of history.
British pub classics lead the food menu, with particular attention given to handcrafted pies served beneath pastry or topped with mash. Fish and chips, sausages, burgers, steak, sandwiches and seasonal dishes offer familiar alternatives for lunch and dinner.
Sunday roasts bring beef, chicken and vegetarian choices with roast potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Starters, sharing platters and traditional puddings allow groups to make the visit as simple or as generous as they prefer.
