Valhalla York is an independent freehouse at 4 Patrick Pool in the historic centre of York. Founded in 2017, the pub draws on the city’s Viking heritage through Nordic decoration, mythology and a deliberately playful atmosphere. Rock and metal music gives the room extra energy, but the venue also operates as a daytime café and informal place to eat.
Hot Yorkshire tapas includes sausages, chicken wings, halloumi fries, meatballs and locally smoked ribs.
