Vanessa’s Bar is an independent wine, cocktail and small plates venue at 38 South Road in Waterloo. The richly decorated interior offers quieter areas for conversation as well as a livelier space around the dance floor, giving the bar a flexible neighbourhood character from daytime into evening.
Freshly prepared small plates are designed to accompany drinks and to share across the table. The food offering includes sandwiches, salads and sharing boards, while dishes such as lamb koftas, grilled halloumi, chicken wings, croquettes and arancini bring variety to an informal meal.
