Rustico Hove is a relaxed Neapolitan restaurant at 244 Portland Road. The venue follows an approach shaped by family recipes, Italian street food and the welcoming character of a neighbourhood pizzeria.
Traditionally handcrafted pizza is at the centre of the menu, with dough made from Italian flour, water, yeast and olive oil before cooking in a wood-fired oven. The simple foundation gives the crust its distinctive texture and lets tomato, cheese and carefully chosen toppings carry each combination.
The wider selection brings in Mediterranean flavours and Neapolitan dishes beyond pizza, making the restaurant suitable for both a quick lunch and a fuller dinner. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices provide useful flexibility, while ice cream offers a straightforward finish.
