Fatto a Mano Preston Circus is a Neapolitan pizzeria at 77 London Road in Brighton. This is where the group began in 2015, built around the straightforward idea of serving authentic, affordable pizza in a friendly neighbourhood restaurant.
Everything starts with dough made fresh each day from Italian 00 flour, water, salt and yeast. The soft, pillowy base is shaped by hand and cooked quickly at high heat, giving each pizza the light centre and raised edge associated with Naples.
Classic toppings sit alongside house combinations, with fresh ingredients and Italian produce carrying the flavour. Starters, salads and desserts extend the meal without losing the menu's clear focus on pizza, and plant based choices help mixed groups order comfortably.
