Alaburrito is a Mexican restaurant at 350 Morningside Road in Edinburgh. The business grew from a burrito truck launched after 2020 into a permanent neighbourhood venue that opened to the public in 2023.

Burritos, tacos, quesadillas and loaded nachos form the core of the restaurant menu. Fillings such as beef barbacoa, fajita vegetables and freshly cooked fish are paired with rice, sauces and toppings so diners can choose a combination that suits their appetite.

Vegetarian and vegan fillings widen the selection, and some tacos can be prepared with gluten-free components. Because batter and other individual ingredients may still contain gluten or other allergens, guests should confirm the safest current choices directly with staff.

The colourful, compact dining room keeps the atmosphere informal, while margaritas, tequila, local beer and soft drinks complement the spice and richness of the food. Delivery and event catering extend Alaburrito beyond the Morningside restaurant.
