Oodles Wok Alum Rock is a fast casual Asian fusion restaurant at 252 Alum Rock Road in Birmingham. Food is cooked to order in open woks, with a flexible box format that lets diners combine bases and toppings according to their preferred flavours and appetite.
The create your own box is at the centre of the menu. Noodle and rice bases can be matched with saucy or dry dishes, moving from sweet and savoury combinations to hotter chilli led choices, while chicken, beef, prawns and vegetable options provide different ways through the selection.
