Tashas Battersea is an all day cafe at 3 Prospect Way within Battersea Power Station. Founded by Natasha Sideris in South Africa, the concept combines generous comfort food with polished interiors and relaxed service. Breakfast gives way to salads, pasta, grilled meat, seafood and desserts, making the restaurant suitable for anything from morning coffee to an evening meal and cocktails.
Breakfast includes a classic fry up, eggs prepared to order, hummus toast with avocado and feta, sweet brioche toast and poached eggs with a creamy lemon sauce. Oat bowls, chia, fruit, yoghurt and granola provide lighter options. Croissant waffles, sweetcorn scrambled eggs and breakfast buns with bacon, cheese and grilled onion add more indulgent choices before midday.
Later menus move into colourful salads with quinoa, beetroot, butternut, kale, halloumi, smoked salmon and fresh herbs. Pasta choices range from tomato and basil to pesto, creamy chicken or tiger prawns. Peri peri chicken, Cape Malay prawn curry, salmon teriyaki, Portuguese steak, grilled fish, cornflake schnitzel and a double beef burger give the main courses an international character.
Battered aubergine with lentil ragu and feta offers a substantial vegetarian plate. Pumpkin fritters, chocolate slice, lemon posset, panna cotta, scones and tarte tatin cover a broad dessert selection. Fresh juices, granitas, speciality coffee and tea work throughout the day, while margaritas, spritzes and house cocktails bring a more energetic finish to evenings at Battersea Power Station.
