Shiraz BBQ is a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern grill at 19 North John Street in Liverpool city centre. Established in 2011, the restaurant is centred on live charcoal cooking and a relaxed, direct style of service. Its broad menu and central location make it suitable for quick lunches as well as larger shared evening meals.
Lamb shish, chicken skewers, kebabs and mixed grills show the charcoal kitchen at its clearest, bringing smoke and caramelisation to marinated meat.
