Bam Boo Brunch & Cocktails is a daytime restaurant and bar at 108 Bold Street in Liverpool. It opens from breakfast into the late afternoon and combines all day brunch with lunch, cocktails and weekend experiences. The relaxed room is suitable for a regular breakfast as well as a larger bottomless brunch booking.
Full English breakfasts are offered in meat and vegetarian forms, alongside avocado toast, shakshuka, steak and eggs and breakfast bagels. Eggs Benedict variations include bacon, smoked salmon and vegetarian spinach choices. The menu also gives diners several vegan adaptations, including tofu and plant based sausage in selected dishes.
Soufflé pancake or French toast stacks are a speciality, with toppings ranging from sticky toffee and Biscoff to pistachio, fruit and chocolate. From noon, the menu moves into steak sandwiches, short rib or cauliflower tacos, burgers and sides such as patatas bravas. The kitchen contains all major allergens and cannot guarantee against cross contact, so guests should ask to see the allergen matrix.
Coffee, juices, wine, beer and cocktails allow the restaurant to shift easily from morning cafe to social brunch venue. Bottomless brunch combines a selected dish with timed drinks, and Sunday roasts add another weekend option. Bam Boo’s strength is the range between classic breakfast, highly decorated sweet stacks and more substantial savoury lunches.
