Brewers Fayre Newhaven Quay is a waterfront family restaurant at 51–53 Newhaven Place in Edinburgh. Built in 1999 beside Newhaven Harbour and its historic lighthouse, it has served local diners and visitors to Leith for more than two decades.
The main menu follows the familiar Brewers Fayre format of pub classics, grills and straightforward family favourites. Smothered chicken and cottage pie are among the venue's highlighted dishes, while lighter choices and meat free alternatives make the selection useful for mixed groups.
Breakfast combines cooked items with a continental buffet, and Sunday service centres on a carvery of turkey, beef and gammon with roast potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. A dedicated children's menu and indoor play area give the restaurant a particularly family focused character.
The restaurant has announced that public service will end on 7 September 2026, but it is currently welcoming diners before that date. Some dishes may become unavailable as closure approaches, so guests should check directly and discuss allergies with staff before ordering.
