Cùl Cùil is a bar and casual dining venue at 84–86 West Nile Street in central Glasgow. A lounge, glasshouse and covered garden give visitors several distinct spaces for lunch, dinner, drinks or a social gathering.
The bistro-style menu includes comforting house favourites such as lasagne and slider burgers. Hand-stretched pizzas are baked at high heat and use ingredients including San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and Italian cured meats.
Pasta and familiar dishes with a twist widen the choice beyond pizza, with vegetarian and vegan recipes available for plant-based diners. Buffets can also be arranged for larger gatherings, drawing on smaller plates such as pakora, halloumi fries and wraps.
Craft beer, cocktails, gin and rum make the drinks selection an important part of the venue’s character. Guests with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements should confirm current ingredients and preparation procedures with staff before ordering.
