Di Maggio’s Royal Exchange Square is an Italian American restaurant at 21 Royal Exchange Square in central Glasgow. The location opens from breakfast and brunch through dinner, with indoor tables and a covered outdoor terrace for watching the square. Collection and delivery complement the main dine in service.
Hand stretched pizzas and pasta form the heart of the menu. Pizza choices range from Margherita and pepperoni to seafood, spicy sausage and folded calzone, while pasta includes lasagne, spaghetti with meatballs, macaroni cheese and seafood combinations. The long running Jimmy Style option lets two diners share matching half portions of pizza and pasta.
Starters such as minestrone, bruschetta, calamari, mussels and chicken wings make the menu easy to share. Steaks, ribs, chicken and salads broaden the choice for diners who do not want pizza or pasta. A separate children’s menu and baby changing facilities underline the restaurant’s family friendly style.
Gelato, sundaes and warm puddings provide a characteristically generous finish, while cocktails and other drinks suit the terrace and evening service.
