Escudo de Cuba is a Cuban restaurant and bar at 20 Stoke Newington Road in Dalston. Created by the team behind the former Cuba Libre in Islington, it brings more than two decades of experience to a lively East London setting where food, cocktails, music and regular salsa classes share the spotlight.
