Honest Burgers Holborn is at 6 Great Queen Street, just off Kingsway and a short walk from Covent Garden. The relaxed restaurant suits office lunches, pre-theatre meals and casual dinners, with later opening on Friday and Saturday. Walk ins are welcome and group bookings are available.
Honest makes its beef burgers from scratch in its own butchery using beef from Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The meat is chopped rather than conventionally minced for a steak-like texture. Burgers are served with chips made from British potatoes, double cooked and seasoned with rosemary salt.
The Holborn local burger layers crispy Parma ham, mozzarella, salsa verde, nduja mayonnaise, rocket and red onion with a choice of beef, double smashed beef or fried chicken. The core menu adds chicken, vegetarian and plant based burgers, along with wings, tenders, sides and homemade sauces. A smaller smashed burger provides a more economical lunch option.
Beer from local breweries supports Honest’s connection to each neighbourhood, while milkshakes, soft drinks and desserts complete the meal. Click and collect and delivery are available as alternatives to eating in.
