HS&Co is a fully halal British steakhouse at 405 High Street in Stratford. Established in 2016, it combines a comfortable dining room with an open kitchen and private spaces, creating a welcoming destination for family dinners, celebrations, business meals and everyday visits.
Dry aged Irish beef is prepared by hand and cooked over charcoal in the Josper grill. Ribeye, sirloin and fillet steaks allow diners to choose their preferred cut, while simple seasoning, sauces, French fries, rosemary potatoes and vegetables keep attention on the flavour of the meat.
Starters can include grilled wings, chorizo croquettes, halloumi fries, prawns and baked macaroni cheese. Slow cooked beef ribs, lamb shank, roast dinners, burgers, salmon and plant based dishes broaden the main selection beyond steak and reflect the restaurant’s focus on British comfort food.
