The Springcroft is a Sizzling Pub at 1 Springcroft Drive in Baillieston. It is designed as an approachable local for everyday meals, family visits and informal get-togethers, combining a broad food choice with the relaxed character and value expected from a neighbourhood pub.
Sizzling skillets are a defining part of the menu, arriving hot with boldly seasoned meat, sauces and sides. Steak with sticky chicken is one of the more substantial combinations, while chicken katsu and other skillet styles provide different flavours within the same generous format.
Stacked burgers and familiar pub classics sit alongside lighter flatbreads, loaded potatoes, pasta and curry dishes. Breakfast and a children’s menu extend the choice across the day, and sundaes such as the fruit based Berry Mess and layered Millionaire’s Sundae provide indulgent finishes.
Drinks and regular pub offers make the Springcroft suited to anything from a quick lunch to a longer evening with friends. Vegetarian and vegan filters are available on the current menu, and guests with allergies should use the allergen information and speak to staff before choosing a dish.
