Pizza Pilgrims Camden is a Neapolitan pizzeria and training academy on Parkway in Camden Town. Alongside serving the public, the site supports hospitality training and provides a place for the company’s teams to develop their skills and build careers in the industry.
Pizza dough is fermented twice before being topped with carefully sourced ingredients and baked at around five hundred degrees Celsius. The intense heat produces a light, chewy crust with the soft centre and charred edges associated with pizza from Naples.
Choices range from marinara and familiar tomato and mozzarella combinations to double pepperoni with hot honey, roasted sausage and plant based toppings. Vegan options and halal choices help groups with different preferences enjoy the same informal meal.
Fried cheese, artichokes, garlic flatbread and salads can be shared before the pizza, while Nutella tiramisu and Sicilian lemon sorbet provide a playful finish. Aperitivo drinks, children’s meals, takeaway, private events and pizza masterclasses broaden the Camden location beyond a standard pizzeria.
