Prosecco Caffè Soho is an Italian restaurant and sparkling wine bar on Frith Street in the centre of Soho. Its concept brings together traditional food, Italian coffee culture and a broad selection of Prosecco in a stylish but relaxed room. The long daily opening hours suit anything from a lunchtime plate to an evening of dinner, spritzes and conversation.
Starters include tomato meatballs with focaccia, avocado bruschetta, small ragu arancini, burrata Caprese and cured beef carpaccio. Sharing boards combine Italian cheeses and cured meats with focaccia, taralli and Nocellara olives. These smaller dishes are well suited to an aperitivo visit or can begin a more substantial meal.
Roman pinsa comes with toppings such as buffalo mozzarella and tomato, mortadella with Gorgonzola, spicy salami, bresaola, artichokes or Parma ham. The pasta menu covers pesto gnocchi, cacio e pepe, ricotta and spinach tortelloni, aubergine Parmigiana, beef lasagne, truffle rigatoni and pappardelle with slow cooked beef shin ragu. Vegetarian diners have several complete choices across both sections.
Classic tiramisu appears alongside seasonal variations, Sicilian cannolo, ricotta and pistachio cake, cheesecake and a layered chocolate dessert. Espresso, cappuccino and other Italian coffees provide one way to finish, while Prosecco is served by the glass or bottle. Bellini, Rossini, Aperol Spritz, Negroni Sbagliato and other sparkling cocktails give the drinks list its distinctive focus.
