Sanxia Renjia Goodge Street is the Fitzrovia branch of Sanxia, a Chinese restaurant inspired by the regions surrounding the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. Sichuan cooking supplies some of the boldest flavours, especially the fragrant and numbing combination of chilli and Sichuan pepper known as ma la.
