The Soap Factory is an all day restaurant and bar at 4 Whitehall Quay, close to Leeds railway station and the waterfront. The design led space moves from coffee and lunch into dinner and cocktails, giving hotel guests, city workers and visitors an easy meeting point throughout the day.
The menu begins with snacks and small plates suited to sharing, including cheese bites, calamari and sticky chicken or beef with Japanese inspired seasoning. Salads and lighter dishes sit alongside these richer options for diners looking for a less substantial lunch.
Burgers, pizzas and familiar mains form the core of the larger plates. Fish, steak and grilled dishes broaden the selection beyond casual bar food, while vegetarian and vegan choices are identified across the menu so mixed groups can order with confidence.
Afternoon tea and Saturday bottomless brunch give the restaurant distinct occasion led experiences, while cakes and desserts cover a more relaxed finish. Cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks support the bar side of the venue and make it useful for everything from a daytime catch up to an evening meal.
