Victoria Social is a pizzeria and bar on Victoria Road in the Hyde Park area of Leeds. It is designed as a lively gathering place for students and local residents, combining hand stretched pizza with cocktails, drinks offers, quizzes and themed events.
Twelve inch pizzas lead the menu, moving from a straightforward margherita and pepperoni to ham and mushroom or the pineapple topped Tropicana. Fior di latte mozzarella, tomato sauce, herbs and other familiar toppings underpin the classic combinations.
Vegetarian and vegan pizzas give meat free diners a full size main, while garlic bread, dough balls and tricolore provide smaller plates for the table. Chilli honey and garlic mayonnaise are among the dips, and Nutella filled dough balls supply a sweet finish.
The full bar supports a proper pizza night rather than a quick takeaway stop, with cocktails and other drinks available alongside the food. Regular offers and the Monday quiz add to the sociable atmosphere, making the venue a natural fit for casual groups.
