Viet Flavours is a Vietnamese restaurant at 19 Lordship Lane in East Dulwich. It serves lunch and dinner from a menu that moves between familiar street food, noodle soups, rice plates and larger seafood dishes, with a warm, informal setting for eating in.
Pho provides an important thread through the menu, including roasted duck noodle soup, wok fried pho and a fresh pho noodle salad. Summer rolls, bánh mì and crispy salt and pepper dishes offer smaller or lighter alternatives, making it easy to begin with several plates for the table.
Substantial choices include shaking beef with rice, slow cooked beef stew and grilled sea bream with lemongrass and chilli. Fried rice and other noodle combinations round out the main selection, while grilled aubergine, vegetable bánh mì and vegetable curry give plant based diners meaningful options rather than a single substitute dish.
The range works equally well for a quick bowl of noodles or a broader shared meal that mixes rolls, grilled food, curry and rice. Delivery is available in addition to the restaurant service, but the Lordship Lane dining room offers the fuller experience of exploring the menu as dishes arrive.
