BAB is a bar and kitchen at 14 Little Lever Street in Manchester's Northern Quarter. Its speciality is a contemporary interpretation of the kebab, served in a relaxed restaurant setting where freshly made flatbreads and carefully prepared toppings replace the usual late night takeaway format.

The kitchen makes sauces and marinades in house, using them across meat, seafood and vegetable kebabs. Lamb adana and other grilled fillings sit alongside plant based combinations, allowing guests to choose familiar flavours or a less conventional approach to the format.

Small plates, bowls and burgers broaden the menu beyond flatbreads and make sharing easy. Hummus, halloumi, seasoned fries and vegetable dishes can be combined into a table meal, while desserts provide a more complete restaurant experience.

Cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks support both casual dining and group bookings. The restaurant states that its food is not halal and cannot cater safely for coeliac guests because bread is made in the kitchen, so anyone with allergies should discuss the current menu directly with staff.
