Buck’s Bar Grindlay Street is a chicken restaurant and bar at 32-34 Grindlay Street in central Edinburgh. Opened in 2023 as the brand's first Edinburgh venue, it sits close to the Usher Hall and Royal Lyceum Theatre and serves food every day from noon until late evening.
Large chicken burgers are the defining feature, with crisp fried chicken, sauces and toppings assembled into substantial combinations.
