Ragin’ Ramen is a Japanese inspired restaurant at 24–26 Church Lane in Belfast city centre. Its lively, informal approach centres on generous bowls of ramen and street food style sides, bringing together the warmth of slow prepared broth with a distinctly local Belfast personality.
The kitchen makes its broths in house and builds each bowl with noodles, toppings and seasoning suited to the chosen style. Shoyu based ramen provides a savoury soy led option, while richer and spicier bowls give diners room to choose the intensity and character they want from the main course.
Karaage and other small plates can start the meal or be shared alongside ramen. Sweet chilli curly fries show the restaurant’s playful side, mixing Japanese inspired cooking with familiar comfort food rather than treating the menu as a strictly traditional exercise.
