Enish Nigerian Restaurant Oxford Street brings the group’s Nigerian cooking to 3 Berners Street in London’s West End. The central restaurant has a lively urban atmosphere and combines everyday dining with private events, music and celebrations.
Rice dishes are an important part of the menu, including tomato and pepper cooked jollof rice, fried rice with vegetables and spices, and native jollof prepared with palm oil. Plantain is a frequent companion, adding sweetness alongside the savoury and spiced flavours.
Diners can pair pounded yam, eba or amala with soups such as egusi, edikang ikong, afang, okra and bitter leaf. Fish, meat and seafood preparations broaden the selection, while pepper soup and gizzard with plantain provide recognisable starting points for a shared meal.
Table reservations, outdoor seating and private dining allow the venue to suit anything from an informal lunch to a larger gathering. Delivery is also available, but the energetic room and full service make dining in the clearest way to experience Enish’s hospitality.
