In Café & Restaurant is a modern Hong Kong kitchen on Crwys Road in Cathays. Founded after its owners moved from Hong Kong to Cardiff in 2018, it opened as a cafe in 2019 and grew into an evening restaurant the following year as the local community gathered around its tables.
