Maedah Grill is a spacious Turkish and Mediterranean restaurant at 42 Fieldgate Street in Whitechapel. Established in 2006 and positioned opposite the East London Mosque, it offers an entirely HMC certified halal menu in an alcohol free dining environment.
Hot and cold mezze provide a broad opening to the meal, including hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, grilled halloumi, calamari and sigara böreği. Lahmacun and pide bring the kitchen’s flatbread traditions into focus, with fillings spanning meat, cheese and vegetables.
