Manetta’s Bar is an intimate cocktail bar inside Flemings Mayfair at 7-12 Half Moon Street. Velvet, black upholstery and rose gold details evoke its glamorous 1930s history, when the room attracted writers, artists and other notable London figures.
The food menu is concise but substantial, moving from chicken liver parfait and a steak ciabatta to smoked haddock, linguine and saffron risotto. A hotel burger and Caesar salad offer familiar choices for guests who want a complete casual meal.
Cheese and ice cream provide simple finishes, while fries and lighter plates also work as accompaniments to drinks. The selection is available through the afternoon and evening, allowing the bar to suit lunch, a pre-dinner meeting or a later supper.
Signature cocktails take inspiration from literature and the bar’s history, supported by Champagne, wine and spirits. Manetta’s is best for a quiet Mayfair drink that can comfortably become dinner, all within a richly detailed and grown-up setting.
