Zzetta Soul Fired Pizza is an independent Italian restaurant beside Rathbone Market in Canning Town. Its relaxed dining room welcomes families, friends and local groups, with a menu that brings traditional Italian ingredients together with the restaurant’s energetic East London personality.
Every pizza begins with dough that is proved slowly for forty eight hours and stretched by hand. Baking in a dome stone oven creates a naturally light base with a blistered crust and gentle char, while flour, fior di latte mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes are sourced from Italy.
Longstanding favourites include Margherita and rich combinations featuring buffalo mozzarella or stracciatella, while vegetable, meat and spicy toppings broaden the choice. Pasta and other Italian dishes allow the table to explore beyond pizza, and the inclusive menu provides vegan and gluten free options.
